Pretty clean coin one spot on the reverse (tiger side) at around 11-12 o'clock as can be seen in pic # 10. Some white dust/spots from the plastic capsule I believe...a lot came right off maybe NGC or PCGS could do the restoration service if you send it in to get cleaned but overall a very nice, beautiful coin I'd personally just buy a new capsule from APMEX for around $8.
