  • All of our shipment is consider as a parcel due to it's size. - It use different rate table as the 1st class letter.( cost way more than normal letter mail) 
  • We don't ship during national holiday / Weekend due to warehouse/Postal service closed.

 Warranty & Return
  • All sales are final ( Unless manufacture defect): . Due to U.S. Health Regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges unless manufacturers defects. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund of your high bid (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable) after you have returned the product.
  • Please email us BEFORE you send your return to receive an RMA number from us. Once an RMA has been granted, be sure to include a description of the problem and the ebay item number with the return package
  • Please make sure your measurements before bidding
  • Return claims must be received within 10 days of receipt. All return items must be completed. Missing any accessories or package will be treated as disqualified for RMA and the return freight is on you..
  • Buyer are responsible to send product back to us for replacement.( which is very rare) We are not liable for lost package you send back to us.
  • Please allow 1 weeks to exchange/credit the returned merchandise. If the item is Manufacture defective, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
