FAQ.
What is the best before date or use by date on our sweets?
As with any high demand product, the contents required to make it needs to be replenished frequently, so
as a result the best before date will also but be constantly changing but we can guarantee that all of
our stock with the exception of the Rainbow drops which have a minimum of 9 months best
before date , all other sweet content has a minimum of 12 months best before date,
due to high demand we simply do not keep stock long enough for it to even
come close to its best before date. We also only prepare our sweet cones
once an order is placed we do not stockpile this ensures
they are will arrive at their optimum freshness.
What is your dispatch deadline?
Our cut of point Monday to Friday is 2:00pm for other goods its later but
because we need time to prepare the cones, 2pm is the latest. We aim
to dispatch all orders same day (see our feedbacks) but this can be
subject to seasonal variations. For current and up to date
dispatch times see estimated delivery times.

recorded delivery for your peace of mind. So if on the rare occasion an items does go
