All our items are brand new & have a full manufacturers warranty. Should your item be faulty please contact us immediately. If you need to return your item you will be required to pay return postage & it should be returned to us in the original packaging stating the reason for return along with your contact details & ebay item number. The item will be tested by ourselves & if found to be faulty a replacement will be supplied, if found not to be faulty the item will be returned to you at your cost.
