We accept payments via PayPal. Orders paid for by eCheck will NOT be shipped until payment has cleared (This can take up to 8-15 business days).

We are required by law to charge 9.0% sales tax on orders shipped within California. This rate is in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization's current rate for Los Angeles County.

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #).

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders. 
We only ship to the 48 contingent US states as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

All international orders are available for an additional cost. Detailed information regarding shipping options and their rates can be found under the “Shipping and Payments” tab on each listing.

Once payment has cleared orders are generally processed within 24 hours (except weekends and major holidays). We ship via USPS First Class Mail (depending on the total weight and/or value of an order we may also ship USPS Priority, Fed Ex or UPS.

Orders received after 2:30PM PST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Once shipped, tracking information will become available and be sent via an e-mail notification.
