Shipping/Returns
Please note
that we do not hold all stock in our Perth warehouse, however in the event that
we do not have the goods you desire in stock at the time of your order was
placed, we will endeavour to get the goods to you within 14 business days. A
confirmation message will be sent to buyer with a tracking code once the goods
have been dispatched from our Perth warehouse.
We ship goods using Australia Post. All items will
be posted registered regular post which usually takes between 2-8 Business days
within Australia, unless the express postage option is selected at an
additional cost. Please bear in mind that weekends and public holidays do not
count as normal business days. Please ensure that your shipping details are
correct at time of purchase. If you make payment via PayPal, we will dispatch
goods as listed in your PayPal information. If you find that your package is
taking longer than expected, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Local pick up is available. Pick up location will
be advised once your order has been confirmed.
We want you to be happy! If your clothing or shoes
do not fit and you would like to exchange them for another size, you are more
than welcome to send your purchase back to us in its original condition within
7 days upon receipt of goods and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) being
issued. Change of Mind will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
It is the customers responsibility to pay all
freight charges to return the item and for the new item to be sent out.
Although not required, it is suggested that you insure items, as we are not
responsible for items lost or damaged during transit when returning the item to
us (Please note that if returning items via Australia Post, insurance up to the
value of $100 only costs $2.50 for domestic post within Australia).
Items may only be returned if they are unmarked, in
their original packaging with tags/stickers still attached. Items that are
returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted. In the case
of footwear, we recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface until you are
certain you are keeping them. Shoes may only be returned if they are unmarked,
in their original packaging and undamaged shoe box as this is considered as a
part of the packaging. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box
or with marked soles (this includes the inner and outer soles) or other
markings of any other kind, may not be accepted. In the event that the product
is deemed unfit for return or in an unacceptable conditional, the customer will
be liable for return shipping costs.
If goods are deemed faulty, wrongly described or
different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or
replacement product.
When it comes to returns or exchanges, we operate
on a "fair and reasonable" policy. We pride ourselves in providing
quality items at reasonable prices. All of our gorgeous items are inspected for
quality; however some slight imperfections may occur due to the manufacturing
process.
