Knife is stainless steel. It will not rust. Measures 1 7/8" (48mm) tip-to-tip. 3/16" thick. 10.4 mm center square hole. This knife fits Kitchenaid ONLY. It is specially designed to fit the white plast version of the Kitchenaid food chopper.
