This is a full-size Sony PlayStation 3 display unit. I’m not sure what it’s exact origins are though.

It’s empty inside except for some wires and metal framing. It has pictures for some of the features (3 prong power input, main switch, and front USB ports). And it has a heavier plastic side base. I’ve never seen another one in the wild.

It’s in good condition. There are no cracks or major damage. But the gloss surface has LOTS of scratches, and some scuffs from handling/storage. The cardboard pictures are wrinkled and show damage.

The shell itself is made of a semi-transparent plastic, you can see through it as seen in some of the pictures.

This would be perfect for a hardcore Sony collector. I’m more of a SEGA collector, so I’m deciding to pass this on.

No idea what it’s worth, so starting the auction at 99¢ and buyer pays actual shipping costs (4.4 pounds & 12”x10”x14”).
