We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards as payment. PayPal is a recognised secure payment gateway of which eBay highly recommends.

UK Buyers:

All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

Every product, no matter how big or small will be posted with tracking number. The tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has been prepared and you can track your item via Royal Mail’s website.

All of our items will be dispatched the same or next working day. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Non-UK Buyers:
We accept shipping via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Please contact eBay for addition details.

All items we sell are brand new. All items are inspected for faults before dispatch.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please send us a message prior to returning item. Please return by post via tracked delivery within 30 days of receiving the item.

We will accept returns if:

• All tags and seals have not been removed. Items must be unworn and all boxes and manuals must be sent.
• Items that were tempered with will not be accepted (water damage, scratches, breakage, evident wear, removed links, missing tags or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable.) Return shipping must include a tracking number and must be send by UK customers with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or UPS.
• Once we receive an item back, if it meets our returns policy a full refund will be issued.
• We are however unable to refund the cost of postage & packaging unless there is a workmanships fault.

Your warranty starts from the date you purchased an item.

All our watches sold on eBay come with 2 year warranty on the movement. (Automatic movement watches comes with 90 Days warranty). You get 2 year movement warranty, if there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement, we will repair or replace the watch.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, condensation, damages of the bracelet, loss of stones, other parts, pins coming loose, normal wear and tear, the battery or the plating/colour.

If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us and we will assist you. Please check your watch when it arrives and come back to us in 48 hours if there is a failure on the outside of the watch or with the bracelet.
