Chumbley ~ This original ginger jar is hand painted & unsigned with Art Deco Orange Flowers and stylized Gold Deco Vines in a border design. Nice detail and attention to the gilded & painted design. Wonderful Bronze Luster glaze ~ Made in High Style Design of the Art Deco Era.
Measurements: Vase - 7 1/2" Ht. x 3 1/4" Dia. at top x 6" Dia. Overall x 3 3/4" Dia. at base. ~ No artist signature, the satsuma pottery is stamped on base ring "Japan".
