RETURNS

Returns by registered packs accepted for a full refund within 7 days after the item has been delivered.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, the fountain-pens must be uninked unless any item is faulty. You must include in your returned pack a mail with: the EBAY item number, your name, address and the reason of the return.
