Several sports teams have had special edition PEZ dispensers issued.  In 2001, a Philadelphia Phillies Baseball, Minnesota Twins Baseball, and Orlando Magic Basketball were released.  2002 saw the release of the following sports promos: Philadelphia KIXX Soccer Ball, Washington Wizards Basketball, New Jersey Nets Basketball, Columbus Clippers Baseball, NY Yankees Baseball, Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball, Chicago Cubs Baseball.  Several sports teams have used the Charlie Brown Character or Snoopy character for sports promos. 

In 2008, as a special edition of MLB, Baseballs sporting the logos of 11 teams became official (and not promos):  Cubs, Dodgers, Braves, Giants, Cardinals, Mets, Yankees, Red Sox, Tigers, Indians, and Orioles.  Since then, the number has expanded to 26.  In 2011, as several more teams were added to the series.  Detroit Tigers were given a second baseball with Tiger crawling through the iconic old English "D".  St. Louis Cardinals were given a second baseball with the iconic StL logo. In 2013, Baseball hats were issued to match the baseballs.
