• Brand new boxed, NOT a used part (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
• Great fitment. Due to being a handcrafted piece, please accept some parts may require a little adjustment or trimming.
• Easy install using existing components. No instructions provided. Professional install recommended, however we estimate 15/30 mins per unit.

• All items listed for sale are in stock in the UK. If you'd like to view the part or collect please contact us. These details are below.
• eBay/PayPal will be the only payment method we accept via eBay transactions. For collections please contact us.
• Purchases through eBay to be shipped require immediate payment.

Shipping & Tax or Duty: 

• Any products shipped outside of the UK we will NOT pay any import tax or duty if the charges occur.
• The Buyer is responsible to pay import tax & duty to their local taxation department.
• Shipping is normally carried by Royal Mail, ParcelForce, MyHermes and sometimes DHL or Fedex.
• We will only ship to the address linked to your eBay & PayPal account. Please make sure you are providing the correct address to us. Phone # must be provided.
• We take no responsibility for incorrect postal addresses if any item is undelivered or lost.
• If you cant find your shipping cost, please contact us before placing an order.
• Combined shipping is available if the buyer intends to purchase more than one item, please contact us for details.
• If you wish to collect in person, please email beforehand. If you pay through PayPal we can only ship the goods, this is due to eBay rules that we require signature proof of delivery. If by mistake you have done this and still wish to collect please bring payment in cash and we will refund your PayPal payment after collection.

Damage, Imperfection & Fitment:

• All items are brand new before shipment (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
• We do not take any responsibility for damage during shipping/transit if the item is signed as normal.
• We strongly recommend that the buyer inspects the item before signing. If there is damage, please DO NOT SIGN! Reject and return the parcel to the courier. The goods will then be sent back to us for attention.
• All return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Unless you have rejected the goods due to damage during transit.
• Due to the characteristics of carbon fibre manufacturing, tiny bubbles, wavy weave or blemishes on the clear coat is inevitable. We DO NOT treat these as imperfections.
• All parts have been test fitted on cars before moulding in order to have best fitment, yet we still advise the buyer to have them installed by a professional body shop with carbon or fiberglass installation experience. Due to handcrafted moulding and production, little adjustments, sanding, trimming or cutting may be required as prep work.

• We try to provide a 100% satisfied service to our buyers. However, communication is key.
• Please be patient with replies to your questions. We normally try to answer any queries within 48hrs.
• Please DO contact us before you intend to leave a poor feedback. This will enable us to understand & try to discuss any issues beforehand. Negative feedback can sometimes be unjust & stays on the system. We always try to work together with our buyers to resolve any problems that may arise.
