Can we get discount?
Discount can be provided, please contact us with a list of what you require and we will quote accordingly.
How can we return?
Should you wish to return your order we will accept all returns providing that the items are returned to us within 30 days of us dispatching them. A full refund will only be issued if the items you return are in a resalable condition and have not been fitted at all and providing the item packaging is present and in an acceptable condition. Any items you return to us may be tested prior to us issuing a refund. Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item which must be sent via a signed delivery service and you must obtain proof of postage. We have no preference on which postal/courier service you return the items with, however, we would suggest you use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. If your order has arrived and the wrong items have been dispatched we will replace the products free of charge. We may ask for you to return the original items and pay for the postage however we will refund the postage displayed on the package or receipt. Before you return the items please ensure you contact us via the e-bay messaging service to inform us and we will be able to decide whether we would like you to return the items.
