If the item is DOA or not as listed we will exchange the item for one that is working (if we do not have inventory for exchange we will issue a refund of the purchase only, we do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back(at the buyers expense) or we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Our preferred carriers are Royal Mail, DPD and UKMAIL. Your item will be shipped to you via one of these carriers unless specified otherwise. If you are having this shipped as GSP we will spend more time verifying the item that is returned. We do not ship to any UK isle or Northern Island due to postage costs.
