Returns

In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 3 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a  new one. Please provide evidence/photo if item is faulty/broken

In case you received a wrong item, items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

No refunds or exchanges allowed for change of mind after making the purchase. Please read all descriptions provided. While every step has been taken to ensure that the correct item is shipped, there may be an occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such a case, please contact us immediately in order to remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important and your business is valued.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
