This is a super sweet vintage dress, in amazing condition! The fabric is a semi-sheer cotton with a striped pattern woven through the weave. It is bright, warm red with small white dots. It has a fitted bodice, and big puffy sleeves and a full length full skirt. The round white buttons in front are just for show. It closes with snaps in back to below the waist and has fabric covered buttons all the way up and down the back. This is classic 30's sweetheart style. 

About a small size, but please compare your measurements.
