This bathtub is big in size and can accommodate two people comfortably. We advise not to use it for more than two people.
The Bathtub Bed.
Owing to the big size of this bathtub and its ability to accommodate two people, we recommend that you build a bathtub bed for this tub during installation.
The bathtub bed is not provided with the bath. We only supply you the bathtub.
You can use either wood or mortar to build a bathtub bed.
The maximum weight that the base of the bathtub can withstand with bathtub bed is up to 350 kg which includes the weight of bodies and water in the tub.
If you do not use this bathtub bed/support we will not be responsible for any damage due to excess weight. Also, the height of the bed/support should be equal to the height of the base of the bath so that there is no gap in between the base of the bath and the bed support.

Cleaning Tips
1.Use mild detergent or mild soap ONLY. Other cleaning products can damage the surface of the copper bath. These include degreasers and corrosive cleaners, plus ammonia or acid-based cleaners. NEVER use any of these as it can cause irreparable damage.
2.Use a soft cloth ONLY. NEVER use steel wool as this can scratch the surface of the bath, and the same goes for brushes.
3.When you’re having a bath make sure anything you want to add to the water is suitable for use in a copper bath. For example, lemon should NEVER be added to bath water.

Shipping Information
We will try our best to despatch and deliver your product as early as possible but Delivery times for some products can vary.. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date. It can take from 5 days to 4 weeks to deliver your product. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay in delivery or loss arising from it, however caused.
Goods can only be delivered to the customer’s delivery address (they cannot be left with a neighbour or anywhere other than the delivery address given at the time of purchase) and must be checked and signed for. The Carrier may also ask to see identification before leaving the goods, (to protect us from any type Credit Card fraud).
Standard Pallet Delivery for bigger items is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer. When goods are offered for delivery by us, our obligation is limited to delivery as near to the site as safe hard road and vehicle size permits within the law. Our delivery drivers and any other accompanying person(if any) are not authorised to enter your premises.
Note: - If you fail to accept delivery of goods on the date of delivery or fail to give us sufficient / specific delivery instructions for any reason for the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you delivery charges paid by us to our delivery company even if we have offered you free delivery.
Returns & Warranty Information
We recommend that all goods are checked and inform us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that we have adequate time to replace anything that is not satisfactory or incorrect. Please do inform us in writing with photographs in case the product is faulty which is very unlikely to replace it with the new product. You have 30 days to inspect the goods for any faults or damage for returns and refunds from the day of the delivery.
The customer will pay the charges in case of a return where the product is not faulty and not incorrect including any return collection charges+ delivery charges even if the product is offered with free delivery (Please look at our delivery charges) or you can arrange a return by your chosen courier with appropriate insurance at your cost and the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned with original invoice.
The items must be returned unused, well packed and in re-sellable original condition, including the original retail packaging. If the packaging is damaged and not usable again a fair amount will be deducted from the refund.
You should notify us within 30 days of delivery if your goods are damaged/ incorrect, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
We will not be responsible for any change/ damage in coating/ playing of the bath/ sink if it’s not reported to us when you receive the bath as this can be affected by how to use or clean the product and can be damaged if not used properly or stored properly..
Once the item has been installed/fitted/attempted to be fitted it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace the goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty” or accept returns. Customised, made to order or bespoke products orders cannot be cancelled as these products are exempt from the right to cancel under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.
If we are unable to deliver the goods due to the unavailability of the delivery service in your area we will contact you via email or phone to discuss further options or if additional delivery charges to our standard rates are required we will inform you via email or phone to discuss further options.

Maintenance of Copper Bathtubs
Naturally, copper metal is corrosion resistant hence copper bathtubs never rust.
Each Copper Bath and Brass Bath is coated with a lacquer that maintains the finish and means that the bath only needs to be cleaned by nonabrasive, everyday bathroom cleaner and wiped with a soft cloth. The coating is durable and flexible, allowing it to stand up to the rigors of regular use.
All surfaces which are supplied plated with Tin, Nickel are supplied un-coated as all of these elements are non-oxidizing and will need no special maintenance other than cleaning with non-abrasive cleaners as used on the coated surfaces.
Warnings
- Never use any corrosive cleaners or ammonia and acid-based cleaners as these can damage the surface of the copper bath. Use a mild detergent or mild soap only.
- Avoid using steel wool and brushes as these can scratch the surface of your bath. Use a soft cloth for cleaning instead.
- Please dry the bath of whatever finish you have ( copper, nickel plated, color paint ) after every use otherwise it can have water marks.
- While bathing, make sure that the bathing substances that you add to the water are suitable for use in the copper tub. You should for example never use lemon in a copper bathtub.
Scratches
Copper is a soft metal and hence can get scratches easily, however owing to self-healing nature of copper, these scratches will disappear themselves as surface of copper constantly reacts with the air and gradually changes color and appearance. This is called the patina.
Instead of trying to repair the scratches, you should start loving them as these scratches, dents, and dings form the unique character of the copper and adds to the rustic feel of the metal product.
