Our Shipping Policy

• We send out our packages via USPS priority mail, Fedex Ground and UPS Ground, with respective tracking number(s).
• Purchases made before 12noon PST Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. 
• Purchases made after 1pm will be shipped within 24 hours or the next day.  
• Purchases made on weekends and holidays, shipping will be completed within 48 hours or next business day. 

Our Warranty Policy

• All purchases come with a 30-day warranty unless stated in the listing details.  
• Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

Our Return Policy

• We allow a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and recommend that you contact us first regarding any issues with the product purchased.
• A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for electronic devices found to be defective within the first 30-days. 
• Otherwise, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please make sure the item(s) are packaged securely and add a note stating your name, contact info and the reason for the return.
• Item(s) must to returned and received in undamaged condition with all originally packaged accessories (when applicable). 
• Item(s) will be inspected for customer and parcel damage upon their return.
