If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Please send your email thru eBay My MESSAGES system. Once all problems are relayed to us ?we will issue you an RMA number. Once this RMA number is provided to you, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us. The RMA number MUST be printed or written on the shipping box. All items returned without an RMA Number will be refused and all warranty voided.
