HANDLING CHARGE/ INSURANCE 

  1. There is a Handling Charge on SOME items. If you feel this would prevent you from giving me 5 DSR stars (Detailed Seller Ratings) in FEEDBACK, please understand line 3 below.
  2. The Handling Charge IF APPLICABLE will be a minimum of $2.50. On large items, the Handling Charge will be more. (First Class items MAY have a handling charge of a dollar.) 
  3. The Handling Charge is to cover any or all of the following:(Packaging Materials-bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, box, tube, Styrofoam sheet insulation, etc.) and My Time (packing, shipping and driving to the shipping location.), Insurance. and eBay Surcharge to Sellers on postage.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE :   

  1. If you would like you order shipped to an address other than the one eBay has on file either
  2. update your eBay Account-Information with the address you would like your purchase sent to
  3. or
  4. as you are making your PayPal payment, add the address your order is to be shipped to. 

  SHIPPING (All Domestic items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insured.)  

  1. Most items weighing over thirteen ounces are shipped via USPS- Priority Mail, FED EX GROUND OR FED EX SMART POST.
  2. I will ship First Class Mail when a parcel weighs within the USPS weight guidelines.
  3. Media Mail will be used for books, tapes, cd’s and videos.
  4. Items will be shipped within accordance to eBay terms in my listing.
  5. When your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from eBay notifying you of this.
  6. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping, I will contact you.

RETURN & ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

All correspondence, as is described below, is to be through eBay Messages.

If the item is not as described in the listing and/or as shown in the photos:

  1. The Buyer is to contact me and provide me with clear concise photos of the problem within 14 days from receipt of the item. (The shipper’s tracking delivery date is the date of receipt.)
  2. If the Buyer’s complaint is justified, I will work with you to reach an adjustment. If we are unable to agree, I will accept the item back in EXACT condition as received. Example- If new, unopened, and never used when you received it, it must be returned new, unopened, and never used.
  3. It must be shipped within 3 business days of me approving return. ( The Buyer is to ship the item back with the same coverage it had when it was sent unless I state otherwise in an eBay email.)  
  4. The Buyer will be issued a complete refund for the cost of the Item, all shipping costs at time of purchase, and Handling charges LESS %20 RESTOCKING FEE. The refund will be issued in the same form the item was paid for - PayPal with PayPal, etc.
  5. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, tracking, and (insurance when applicable) expenses.
