********************************************* Shipping & Delivery Time The current shipping time is 5 Business days after receiving payment. We currently require this amount of time for hand processing orders. This is a conservative estimate based on our current workload an is subject to change. Sometimes we are able to process orders much faster. We will send the item as soon as possible. The postal service also require an additional 3-5 business days for First Class service, depending on locations and their workload. Please keep in mind that these are hand processed items, made to order (by us - not machines and robots) and they are not made until we receive an order. Each item is made fresh with new materials after we receive an order. If for ANY reason you are in a hurry for an item, such as: for a birthday gift in a few days, we totally understand, but we need to know in advance. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO USING THE "BUY IT NOW" OPTION. We will be happy to arrange Rush Service when possible and we will provide an option for a faster shipping method when needed. Otherwise, all orders are processed in the order they are received and will be sent USPS First Class Mail - unless otherwise noted or prior arrangements have been made. Please allow the above mentioned time frames for delivery before contacting us.. You will receive a "Shipping Notification" message from us (more details below) when we process your order. Due to time limitations, messages asking "When will I receive my item" will not be answered unless the above mentioned time frames have expired. This should not be considered rude or lack of communication. This is simply a matter of time management. We feel that it is more important to spend time processing orders than answering premature messages. Also please consider that we get several orders daily, some days more than others and they all take time to process. We work very hard to deliver a top quality product and we do not push orders out the door like cattle. Know that you are getting a top quality product and these things do take a little time to prepare and deliver. Custom and large orders may take up to two weeks or longer to arrive, depending on your location, our current workload and other factors, such as the day of the week and time of day the order is placed, holidays and the postal service.
