Important Advice!! - Before you buy one of my kits, I thoroughly recommend that you look up instructions & fluid volumes for your fork on the SRAM website, they have very comprehensive data for all their forks.

My kits are aimed at the Home Mechanic who wants to attempt basic suspension servicing. If you don't see a more thorough service kit listed it's because I don't advise you attempting full strip down of things like Charger Dampers or Shock body internals as you need a greater level of skill & knowledge as well as specialist tools.

You will need a basic understanding of fork servicing from a manual or YouTube, etc. in order to select the correct parts & fluids.

Servicing a fork is a reasonably straightforward job & very rewarding once you've done it. But it can lead to expensive damage or poor results if you don't do it correctly with the correct tools

These kits are intended for a single service on a working fork. They don't contain parts to fix or replace any broken components in a fork. If your fork is broken you may need further advice, please contact me about this!!

Note!!: O Rings - The O Rings I supply in the kits are an aftermarket nitrile o ring from a reputable supplier. These are taken from my own stock & made up to match those found in the RockShox Basic Seals Service Kits.

They are an affordable alternative to the genuine seals.

They do not contain any Glide Rings, washers, u-cup seals that may be present in your fork. You will need to purchase a genuine kit if you require a comprehensive service!!

Please Note!! - All the 32mm service kits with dust/wiper seals will contain the New 2014+ Black Dust/Wiper Seals not the old style grey ones. They fit just the same to give your fork a fresh new look!!

Please Note!! : 2017+ 32mm BOOST Forks (Reba, SID, Sektor, Recon) Now use the 32mm Flangeless Dust seals with 5mm Foam ring.

These kits are designed for you to give your fork one basic regular service without the need to strip the damper tube & replace the damping oil.

Charger Damper Bleed - The bleed oil for this damper is now Maxiama Plush Suspension Oil listed in the menu.

These Lower Leg Service Kits will also be suitable for all 2015+ Boxxer Forks

All the kits listed below contain the correct oil to bleed the 'Charger' Damper, however, you will need the special bleed tool to connect to your bleed syringe to perform this, see link below. The 1st Generation Charger damper requires the bleed tool. So if you have a 2014 - 2017 Charger. The newer Charger 2 Damper uses the same bleed fitting as SRAM brakes & Reverb seatposts.

These packs contain enough accessories to service the damper & spring sides of the majority of Rockshox Judy, Psylo, Duke, Pilot, XC28/30/32, Revelation, Reba, SID, Recon, Sektor Suspension Forks. There is only sufficient for ONE service.

I also have kits listed for the longer travel 35mm Stanchion Boxxer, Lyrik & Domain Forks.

Damper side takes 5wt oil.

The 15wt Fluid is used to soak the foam rings in prior to installation. It is then used in the lower legs for additional lubrication.

Foam rings should be changed during every lower leg service. They should be soaked in 15wt Fluid prior to installation.

The SRAM Butter Friction Reducing grease are what RockShox recommend around all their suspension seals, especially inside the dust seals prior to stanchions re installation.

It's always a good idea to changed the crush washers during each service to maintain a good seal at the bottom of each leg.

I use these products on a regular basis to service Rockshox Forks & have simply taken the desired quantities from large bottles to sell them in a convenient size for a single fork service.
