All items are sold as is, no refunds, no returns. If it doesn't say specifically it has been cleaned that means it will need to be cleaned and oiled. There is no guarantee of time keeping.
Legal description of AS IS: A term used to describe a sales transaction in which the seller offers goods in their present, existing condition to prospective buyers. A sales contract that buyer agrees to purchase without the right to complain.
I do my best to describe the items. The pictures are part of the
description. If you need any other additional photos please ask.
Ask any and all questions BEFORE bidding.
If the item is a Buy it Now or Make Best Offer and I accept be prepared to
follow through. By bidding you are entering a contract. I DO NOT CANCEL
AUCTIONS.
Payment must be received within 2 days of auctions end. If payment is not
received within 2 days a non-paying bidder case will be opened. If
you don't intend to follow through please don't waste everyone?s time.
Payment is in US funds only - via PayPal.
Shipping in the USA: I will do my best to ship in 1 business day.
All items are shipped fully insured. Items valued less than $1000. will
ship priority with full insurance. Items valued over $1000 will be shipped
REGISTERED mail, fully insured. Shipping charges are non
negotiable. Registered mail does
take longer and is safer for higher valued items.
Shipping INTERNATIONALLY - the Global Shipping programs will notify you.
They will send you the invoice. I have no control over how long shipping
takes internationally. International buyers if you want to see the fees for
shipping to your country you can easily check that in the shipping
section. Choose your country and it will
tell you shipping fees and how much customs fees will be. These are not included in the price of the
item. I do not cancel sales. I cannot falsify customs forms.
Any item, once the item has shipped I have no control how long it takes to
arrive. Please check tracking number, which is provided.
If you buy and item
for resale and your buyer backs out it cannot be returned.
