The silver used in
our jewelry is 100% guaranteed 925 sterling silver and each piece is hallmarked
925.
All gemstones used in
our jewelry are 100% natural unless otherwise stated. Most of the gemstones
these days are generally heat treated for color enhancement excepting a few
which will be separately indicated in our listing details.
We place particular
importance on the quality of our products. However, should we miss anything; we
are always ready to take back the defective merchandise our client may have
received by chance.
Gemstone weights may
vary + or – 0.03 points. Additionally, where gemstone weights are determined by
measuring stones already set in jewelry, they are approximate and not
guaranteed.
Although we try to be
accurate in our listings, we are however not responsible for any such
typographical errors. If in doubt, please inquire before ordering. Your sole
remedy for a materially inaccurate listing is a refund of your purchase price,
less shipping and handling charges.
We disclose gemstone
treatments to the best of our knowledge & experience. All gemstones can
however be certified for treatment by recognized Labs. The cost of
certification has to be borne by the customer.
Picture Quality
Although we take
great care while taking pictures and representing the color of a gemstone
accurately several factors come into play such as lighting, mounting of a gem,
and light dispersion in photographs of a natural color gemstones. Sometimes
pictures of jewelry or gemstone are enlarged and/or enhanced to show details,
the actual color may therefore vary depending on the resolution and quality of
screen you are using as well as your screen and browser settings and other
factors. Some stones will look lighter or darker than in a photograph. Please
do not hold us responsible under any such circumstances we will never
misrepresent for making a sale. Your trust is much more important for us than
the money we will earn from you. The only solution under such circumstances
where you feel that the color of the gemstone is different from the picture you
can claim a refund of your purchase price.

Shipping
Items purchased by you will be individually wrapped securely with
blister sheets and then packed in a box to avoid any transit damage to the
goods.
Items will only be shipped to your verified PayPal address. Please
make sure your eBay & PayPal address are correct before making a purchase.
All items will be shipped promptly after receiving a
"cleared" payment in our PayPal account within 24 hours.
Free shipping packages are shipped via Registered International Air
Mail. Shipping company usually takes 9-12 days to deliver goods to USA.
However, in rare cases depending on the destination or due to some other
problem it may take another 3-4 days to deliver the package. Please do not hold
us responsible under such circumstances, our endeavor is to deliver you quality
products on time and we shall make every effort to achieve it. You will be duly
informed as soon as goods are dispatched.
International Shipping
Shipping to Canada and other parts of Europe generally takes 15-20
days by registered International Air Mail. It may however take another 4-5 days
in some cases depending on the destination or certain weather conditions.
Please note that import duties, local taxes and levies applicable to the
buyer’s country are not included in the quoted prices or the shipping cost. All
such charges are the buyer’s responsibility exclusively. Please check with your
country’s custom office to determine all such duties or taxes applicable to the

We gladly combine up to 10 items.
You can combine all your orders within 7 days of your first order up to total
of 10 items depending on their value so that all your orders can be shipped
together. It is not necessary to make a single payment for all the products you
have purchased but all your products will be shipped together only on receiving
the cleared payment for all your orders.
Expedite Shipping
We undertake expedite shipping through FedEx or other eBay recognized
Shipping Company for $12 extra for US and $2 for additional orders. We also
undertake $15 for Canada & other European countries for first order and $5
for additional orders.

Return Policy
