The newly developed IstaBreeze® AIR Speed is a wind generator for long-term professional use, which delivers reliable energy even under extreme conditions automatically and unattended with our intelligent hybrid charge controller developed in Germany.
The generous dimensioning of the generator components and the heat dissipation via the newly developed aluminum housing and aluminum body ensure a low thermal load, which ensures a long service life even at high ambient temperatures.
The generator shaft runs in two encapsulated and permanently lubricated deep groove ball bearings made of stainless steel. At the front bearing, a special friction-free sealing disc prevents the ingress of moisture and dust.
The threading of the copper winding is done exclusively by hand. Despite advancing automation on other components of the generators, e.g. CNC manufacturing, hand crafting has been given priority here for a good reason. It ensures a complete inspection of the processed insulating materials and thus meets the quality standards of IstaBreeze®.
The series of these generators is specially designed for strong wind areas and optimally adapted!
We offer here a Microchip controlled 650 W charge controller from IstaBreeze. The charge controller is suitable for 500 Watt 3 phase AC generators and 150W PV.
