Dead End is from the Japanese Transformers series, Beast Wars Neo.  Dead End transforms from an ammonite to robot. Dead End has not been removed from his packaging.  His packaging has minimal shelf wear, please see the pictures for better details.  Dead End is one of the few Transformers that was never released outside of Japan.
