Postage charge;  No doubt you are aware Royal Mail have recently increased their rates, my postal cost comprise of the stamp price and where auction items are between £20 to £50 a signed for price is added and for higher prices an insurance charge is added.  Finally I allow up to £1.50p towards packing costs.  Where the total postal charge (stamp/signed for/insurance and packing cost) is greater than the actual cost I always refund the difference.  I trust this explains fully these charges, I aim to achieve excellent customer satisfaction via fair P&P rates, prompt posting and fast communications – thank you for your understanding.
