Organic White Beeswax is a natural wax formed by honey bees. The wax is discarded by the worker bees in or at the hive. The hive workers collect it and use it to form cells for honey storage. It becomes colored from the pollen.

Our 100% natural white beeswax is in pellet form, which makes working with it easy. Save time with no messy clean up from having to grate it.

Your beeswax will come in a food grade vacuum packed resealable plastic bag.  Size of 5 pounds or more MAY come in a plastic lined box which is not vacuum sealed.

Shipping

WE SHIP FAST! Normal shipping is within 1 business day via US Post Office. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your label is printed.  Please be sure to follow your package online to ensure someone is available to retrieve the package, as we cannot be held responsible for any package that shows ‘Delivered’ by the post office.  We MAY require a signature for order of $50 or more.

If you receive a damaged package, do NOT open before taking a picture of the damages.  Pictures of the actual damaged product will also be required after the package is opened.  You must save the damaged packaging to be submitted to the post office per their requirements.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase, however, please note that essential oils cannot be returned, as this is a health hazard.  Therefore, if you have never tried Wild Herb's brand of essential oils, please consider purchasing the smallest size.  Please contact us for a return authorization stating the reason for the return.  We accept returns on unopened and unused products only.  Customer must pay for return shipping.
