This is a very nice approximately 6.5" long tin windup toy that was made in Japan by TPS in the 1960's.  A really unusual toy that features a turtle with lithographed baby on it's back that has wheels and a bent wire sticking out from the winding mechanism.  When wound the toy rolls forward and the wire starts to push over and the toy does an about face on 1 wheel and flips over to the other side revealing a lady bug with baby lady bug on it's back!  Great action and it just keeps repeating until unwound.  The toy is marked with the TPS logo and MADE IN JAPAN.

CONDITION:  This toy is in very good unused condition with some light scratching.  It still works great.
