1. Do we combine shipping? Yes we do when possible. Please wait until you have finished bidding, then request an invoice from us and we will do our best to discount it. It is up to our shipper’s discretion how many items he can combine. Naturally, some items cannot be combined.
2. Do you offer local pick up? Yes we do on certain items and can arrange a meeting place. You will need to request an invoice from us and we will have to change it for you. Please bring in your ebay paperwork with you. We are located near Youngstown, Ohio.
3. How soon will you ship it? We ship within 1 business day of payment received. If for some unforeseen reason there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you immediately.
4. Where is the tracking information? This is automatically uploaded into ebay and sent to your ebay messages. Please look there. If you have not received it within the 48 hours, please contact us through ebay messages.
5. Do you give Refunds? We have a 30-day RETURN POLICY ON ALL LISTINGS with NO restocking fee.
6. What if I have a problem with my order once I receive it and it is not as described? Please contact us FIRST and give us the opportunity to correct it. We strive very hard for 100% customer satisfaction. Though it isn’t always possible, we appreciate the chance to get it right.
7. We recycle packing material whenever possible, such as, but not limited to: bubblewrap, brown and white paper bags, newspaper, magazines, wrapping paper, foam peanuts, air bubble paks, (new) carpet padding, bubble mailers, boxes of all sizes and more--every little bit helps the environment and cuts down a bit on packing fees.
8. The shipping seems high, can you adjust it? It depends on the item. We usually offer more than one mode of shipment (USPS and UPS), so check all shipping options to see which one is most economical for you. When we invoice you, we include all shipping options which are offered in a listing. Occasionally, we miss the mark with the shipping charges and we do refund when it has been overpaid. Please take into consideration that our handling fee is included. We pack so that your item arrives safely to you in the original condition that we describe it in. Sometimes this requires bubble wrap and/or foam and/or newspaper, and often a double-walled or cardboard inserts (to strengthen box) within the box.
COMBINED SHIPPING Rule: To qualify for a combined shipping discount, purchase must be paid on the same date and shipped on the same date. We cannot "hold" purchased items for any number of days, to allow buyers to purchase more items at a later date, for combined shipping, and therefore hold-up shipping date. Items will be mailed ONE BUSINESS DAY of payment. Every item that is not shipped in one business day hurts our good standing with eBay; it lowers our "shipped on time" percentage rate. Sorry, but this is our policy. We like to combine shipping for our customers, to save you money on shipping charges, but a combined shipping rate is only good if the items are paid on the same date. Please do not ask us to wait on other items before shipping a prior purchase; we can no longer do that as it lowered our good standing (shipment late rate) percentage with eBay
