This is a Slautterback Nordson Axco Astro Packaging 79068-300 Pump Warmup Thermostat Kit.  The kit includes the thermostat and a plastic bag of thermal paste.  We are unsure of the condition of the thermal paste since it can dry out over time.  

This item is also used in Astro Packaging units LS10 and LS20, KB Series KB30, KB50, KB100 Series Hot Melt Units in addition to Slautterback KB10 and KB20 Melt Units.
