The Outbacker® Hygge  woodburning stove. Its solid construction makes it very durable, but at 18kg (without flue pipes) the stove can still be easily transported. When the stove is being stored or transported the flue sections can be packed away separately. Amazingly this stove offers over 4.5Kw of heat but the body weighs only 18kg. The 100mm (4 inch) steel flue increases draw and helps carry the smoke away so you won’t breath it in. The airflow control at the front lets you control the rate of burn. Incorporating a flue makes the Outbacker® Hygge Oval Bell Tent Stove ideal for being installed in fire retardant shelters such as Tipis, Bell Tents, Yurts and even sheds! We also sell flashing kits, so that it can correctly be installed with the flue going out the roof of the shelter. This means that the stove can also be utilised for heating as well as cooking. The Outbacker® Hygge Oval Bell Tent Stove offers a large surface to cook on and the 100mm diameter flue pipe (sold separately if extra lengths are required) means that the stove offers plenty of draw. There is also plenty of room for pans on top of the stove. Finally, with the glass door, you can while away the hours watching the fire roar. Quite possibly, the ultimate in tent stoves. We accept no responsibility for the use or misuse of the stove. We recommend this for use only with a fire retardant canvas tent, tipi or yurt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shelter used has the appropriate fire retardant qualities necessary. We advise not to leave stoves unattended and to make sure it has been extinguished prior to sleeping. Always make sure the stove is stood on something fire retardant, as accidental sparks may go straight through the groundsheet. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by use of the stove howsoever caused.

Import duty

If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, you might have to pay import tax or duties when it reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes. If you have cancelled your order with us within the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund you in full within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage to us. If for any reason the item does not match the description listed on our website you are entitled to a full refund.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

Faulty Damaged Goods:

If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.

If you have returned a faulty item and want a refund we will have to check the faulty item. Once we have established the fault you will be refunded for the item and for the return postage. The return postage refund is limited to £9.99 only, if you think it will cost you more than this to send it back to us, please contact us to organise collection.

If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage to us. If a fault is found this will then be refunded to you, again only up to the value of £9.99

You will not be entitle to a refund if you accidentally damage the item, misuse it, cause a fault, try to repair it, or use it in a manner for which it was not intended.

If you require a refund or replacement it is up to you as the customer to prove you purchased the item from us. If the item was given to you as a gift, we would need to speak to the person who purchased the item from us.

Refunds will be made by the way of purchase, ie credit card, debit card, cash.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects these legal rights.
