Due to shipping being so high I will not be able to accept lower offers if you are out in Western States such as CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, MT, WY. The price I have assigned a lot of my Free Shipping items reflects shipping to those areas, so if you ARE NOT in one of those states, I welcome your offers.
