We accept only PayPal. You may checkout via all major credit/debit card via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account).

Shipping For Some Remote AREAS: 

Buyers are responsible if there is a remote area surcharge.

There may be a surcharge for some remote areas which our team will contact you via ebay message before dispatch.

Orders:

All orders will be processed instantly and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the payment has been fully cleared, so be patient and allow enough time for your item to be delivered. 

Important Duty/Customs Notes

Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs fees and taxes, if any. Please check with your country's custom office to determine the additional costs imposed on the item prior to buying.

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. 

All items Goods must be returned to us in original unused condition, and in unopened original packaging with the box seal and plastic wrap UNBROKEN. 

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via eBay messages, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages within 24 hours of receiving them.

All items must be returned in a NEW condition. For Refunds, Please allow  7 days from the date of  receipt. Refunds, are limited to the price of the item, and will not include postage, shipping or handling costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) is/are returned safely to our premises. 

SAMPLE STRIPS: For extra satisfaction and comfort of our customers we have sent along a sample strip with the bottle to try the fragrance before opening the seal of the bottle. If you are not familiar with the fragrance then please try the sample strip first, if you are 100% satisfied then you may open the seal of the bottle. If you are unhappy with the fragrance sample strip then please return the bottle in its original condition un-opened, sealed and in a resalable condition.. Once the transparent plastic wrap/seal of the bottle is opened or broken we cannot accept return or issue a refund due to health and safety reasons. 

Returns:

1. We accept returns for refund, providing item is in original, unused, unworn unopened condition with all tags/seals attached, and in its original packaging as mentioned above.

2. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with details (and provide images if requested/needed) so we can evaluate the situation and provide options, including but not limited to return.

3. Used, worn, missing/removed tags, open, items without original packaging are not eligible for return.

4. Original shipping cost is not refundable. We will deduct shipping costs and refund the price of the item(s).

5. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

6. We are unable to process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. You will also need to pay for any further shipping costs if you are exchanging an item.

7. We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product in an opened and used condition.

8. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase.

9. Where an order is cancelled after we dispatch the customer will be under a duty to return them to us using a secure and traceable shipping method within 7 days in a resaleable conditions as specified above.

10. There will be a re-stocking charge for items returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
