In Drop down menu next to name of warmer it states if the warmer is new, or used. The USED Sohos are really better described as "new other" they aren't used just missing some of original packaging. The used sage stripe was actually used, but has been cleaned and is in excellent condition but is missing orginal packaging as well. All warmers come in original box even the used ones.
- These are older warmers and have been in storage for a long time so boxes may have sun damage, or defects to box.
All used items include a tested working light bulb, and are in excellent condition with no chips unless damage is noted.
