PLEASE SEE SCAN FOR CONDITION.  Shipping is $3.50.  Each additional item is $.25.  International shipping is $15 for USPS with tracking if the total amount of the order is below $100.  If the total amount of the order is above $100, shipping is $30 for FedEx Express shipping.
