We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option. 

Your order will generally be shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, within 1-2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 3-5 days after shipping.

We work with three different courier partners (Australia Post, Fastway and Couriers Please) to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service. Next business day express shipping is available for all capital cities and some major centres (only for pet collars and leashes). Tracking details are emailed to customers on dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Please note that our couriers have authority to leave. If they are unable to fulfil your request, they will leave your delivery in a safe place on your property.

The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount. For Hunter products, we highly recommend customers to measure the neck size of your dog or cat before purchasing any collar and trying the collar on your pet prior to removing the green product tag.
