The Seamaster Cosmic 2000 housed in an original Omega gold case is a rare item. Not a marriage of watches.
The dial is gold in colour and has a vertical brushed finish.
The watch features date adjust, in working order.
The 'fast-set' is in working condition.
The dial is signed Omega, Automatic, Seamaster, Cosmic, 2000 and Swiss Made.
The case is solid 9ct gold and is original Omega. Case ref.1625422. Hallmarked and stamped Omega.
The crown has been replaced and is not Omega.
The crown is stiff to wind, although not really needed as the automatic movement is capable of maintaining the operation of the watch.
The movement is cal 1012, fitted with 23 jewels and adjusted to 5 positions.
The serial number dates the movement as manufactured in late 1974.
The original purchase was in 1977.
The original Omega Guarantee is present. All the numbers correspond.
The Omega watch is fitted with a generic black leather strap. The Omega buckle is fitted, showing wear.
