Up for sale is an antique Japanese Imari ware porcelain bowl. It is decorated in a palette that includes underglaze blue, iron- red, gilding, turquoise and small amount of yellow. The center shows the three friends of winter ( pine, prunus and bamboo) decoration. The panelled border of flowers is in a traditional- element pattern. The bowl is durable, has a crisp ring when you lightly tap it. Dated late Edo or early Meiji. It is in great antique condition except there is a tiny nick at the top of the edge of the bowl ( please see last picture), gold is missing due to age, otherwise, no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures approximately 8 1/2" in diameter, 3 5/8" high.

Please ask all pertinent question in advance of purchase so as to avoid misunderstanding. Most items that I sell are used or antique/ vintage and therefore will show age appropriate signs of wear. If an item is new, I will be noted. Please feel free to check my other listing.

- I take the utmost care & time in packing your items, so that they arrive safely.

- I am happy, if possible, to combine items to save your money on shipping. Please wait for a combined invoice for correct shipping costs. Please understand it is not always possible to combine large, heavy or very fragile items.

Shipping terms:

- I ship items within 2 business days from the payment is received. Packages are normally shipping via USPS with tracking.

- All packages must be sent to the verified address on your PayPal account.

International shipping/ import duties term:

- For international shipping, I use eBay international standard delivery, USPS priority mail, and USPS express mail. Please note that eBay international standard delivery takes about 8-25 business days. Packages sometimes can be delayed by foreign custom. Your patience is appreciated. If you wish to change delivery service, please let me know before you pay, so I can make those changes for you. If your item is returned by the post office or customs, you will be responsible for all shipping fee incurred. You will need to pay additional shipping fee if you wish to ship the item again. Buyers are responsible for any import or custom taxes or fees.

Return terms:

- Sales are final. Return will be accepted if an item has been inadvertently misrepresented. Buyer must notify me within 24 hours of receipt. Returns must be returned in same condition as received and by the same method as when originally shipped.

Insurance terms:

- Most of my items are shipping with insurance. If an item has arrived with damage, please report immediately after delivery. Also, buyer will be required to send paperwork and pictures.
