Kodak Retina I (type 013)

Manufactured from 1949 to 1951, this model was the first Retina I with a full-length chrome top plate. It was fitted with a Kodak Ektar lens, or a Schneider Xenar like this one.

The shutter is a flash synchronized Compur Rapid. A film type reminder dial is fitted below the rewind knob, and the depth-of-field is marked on the shutter body, rather than like the earlier models which had a dial on the bottom .

Beautiful camera with a tested working compur rapid shutter B1-500 w/ syn post. Focus is very smooth, tubular viewfinder is CLEAR. Nice Kodak retina camera case is included.
