Featured for purchase is an authentic Dinosaur fossil personally found by www.hellcreekdino.com
Troodontid - Articulated Skeleton - FUTURE NEW GENUS - Two Sided Specimen featuring the bottom half of the dinosaur including claws. Fully articulated.
The matrix slab is: 25 inches x 19 inches
When first discovered we knew that we had something very rare, and had a good feeling it was a raptor dinosaur. Once we got home we confirmed through examination that it was definitely a raptor of some sort.
We then proceeded to the famous Black Hills Institute in Hill City South Dakota to have them give it a look.
The entire BHI museum staff was pretty much in awe over the specimen, and were instantly interested in prepping it.
We invested 50 Hours of prep work through Black Hills Institute and they prepped it very beautifully.
During and After the prep work Peter Larson told us this is definitely a new genus of troodon, and that it was an amazing one of a kind piece that they would love to have.
I have chosen to leave the specimen in the matrix as it is, and it will be sold like that because it is the only thing that proves the full articulation of the specimen.
From a scientific and museum standpoint, this specimen is worth a boat load of information. For one, the bones are already articulated, so Paleontologists have just saved thousands of hours in reconstruction alone. The specimen would bring Millions of people enjoyment.
From a Private collector standpoint, This is the one and only Troodon of Hell Creek Formation, articulated, prepped, and ready for your enjoyment. You will never ever find one like it. It is the rarest Dinosaur of Hell Creek Formation by far.
It is very rare, powerball lottery rare, to find a specimen of this type still articulated. One of a kind discovery.
The combination of the high quality bone patina, the articulation, and size are amazing. The size is very large for Troodontids.
