Ebay normally accepts payment by credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments can also be made over the phone on 01925 730 005.

Nearly all of our items include free delivery to most of the UK Mainland (excluding some parts of Scotland).

If logged into Ebay any delivery surcharge and longer delivery time for certain areas of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be shown. This is normally to Scottish mainland postcodes along with the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Northern Island (BT) and the Channel Isles (GY & JE).

Normally we will despatch your order the same or next working day. With items that are despatched with a courier to most of the UK mainland (excluding some parts of Scotland) then it would be on a next working day service, however we do recommend that you allow at least two working days as towbars are large and heavy items that have to be manually sorted by the couriers. We will pass any phone number or email address to the courier and they may send delivery updates to you.

With many smaller items we offer free economy delivery by Royal Mail 48, while the Royal Mail has a "delivery aim" of two to three working days for this service I'm afraid as it is in with the general post some items may take longer. On many of these smaller items we do offer an express delivery option by courier for an extra charge.

Once items have left us delivery is in the hands of the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in providing a goods or services with the advertised time frame nor any costs incurred to the buyer as a result of this. Please note that at peak periods such as Black Friday, Bank Holidays and around Christmas we do see more delays then normal.

If the item is delivered damaged you must sign for it as damaged and notify us within 24 hours.

If you wish to collect from us please contact us by message or on 01925 730 005 to check stock, reserve the item and check when it can be collected as stock listed on eBay may differ to stock at our premises. If collection has been selected, eBay will send an email with a collection code after you've completed your purchase (a QR code and a 6 digit code). You can either print off your email or show us the message on the app when you collect your item. We will then scan or enter the code on the eBay app to confirm you’ve collected your item. Without the code we cannot allow collection.

If this is a standard flange or swan neck towbar and your vehicle has reversing sensors then please be aware that while most fixed towbars are designed to ensure they are not picked up by original equipment reversing sensors there are some vehicles where it is likely that the towbar will be picked up, please contact us if you wish to check. Even if there is no record of any problems with previous models of your vehicle it could still be a problem as a one off on your specific vehicle, for this reason we can unfortunately never give a 100 per guarantee on this. If this is an issue then the towbar manufacturers recommend that a detachable towbar is fitted instead of a fixed towbar.
