These are bespoke lids custom manufactured in the UK for www.Technicsworx.co.uk.
They have been the best selling lids on ebay for the last year. We use them on all our high end customs and they are manufactured by hand in Acrylic which is clearer and stronger than the original Technics lids.
These aren't just 5 bits of clunky acrylic glued together, or some cheap vacuum formed piece of plastic. They were designed specifically to accentuate high end custom 1210s. The other designs on the market just look so basic and old fashioned we needed something that is contemporary made by hand with contemporary techniques. Not a basic design 'that'll do' from a decade or more ago. So we designed a completely new style of lid.
The dimensions are 450mm x 345 x 59 high. So they will fit on other models of decks also.These lids are not hinged, that’s one of the biggest weaknesses with the original Technics lids apart from the fact that the plastic it’s made from dulls so easily, not to mention scratches!
These lids come with very small clear rubber feet for each corner so they don’t damage the surface they and they are virtually invisible.

At present international shipping is more expensive due to the reduced air freight traffic, we expect the costs to come down again soon and will reduce international postage costs accordingly.
