The silver-coloured Tie Bar measures approx: 55mm long. 

Aviator Wings Symbol measures approx: 35mm x 10mm.

The Tie Bar has a spring operated clasp mechanism which is easy to use.  Just pinch the clip at the end of the bar which releases the spring and clasp at the back to grip and hold your tie in place.
