  • We follow same day dispatch policy if order will be received before 12:00pm on working days (Monday to Friday),Bank holiday and other Public holiday we don't work.

  • We follow the 30 days return policy,if you found the product you received is damage, low in quantity, parcel look tempered or not the one you have ordered please contact us immediately within 24 hour, please do provide us as much information as you can with any picture if possible, we will do our best to resole the matter within the agreed time line between customer and seller. use the e-mail for reporting any issue.
  • We don't sell used product, but there might be slightly color difference as picture been taken in different light-bulb, due to using different suppliers to keep good supplies in stock there might be slight changes in design,colour,packaging but without compromising on the quality of item.
  • Any product where buyer and seller got agreed to return the product back to the seller, It is the buyer responsibility to ensure that product should packed securely,Also buyer will Pay and use the right postage for  returning the Product to seller.
  • If there any issue related with quantity of item or damage item received, the due diligence process start by notify us ASAP by email and support your case with picture of received item, packaging and the label. As we never encourage you to throw the packaging of item as it got our postage label which contain information which is required for the due process.
  • Any listing item which got option of SAMPLE, it means not the whole Box or packet but it means 1-5 singles of that listed item. so please make sure you pick the right option before finalizing the order.


  • Order will Only be Dispatched once the clear Payment Received, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss possible solutions.   
  • In case of any dispute b/w buyer and seller payment will only be return to customer on the recommendation of PayPal dispute resolution center OR if Buyer or seller got agreed on it. Payment will not be return if buyer and seller got agreed on any other solution
