Directions: Always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Shake well. Cover work area with a cloth. Brush hat to clean surface. KAHL'S HAT STIFFENER IS ONLY TO BE APPLIED TO THE BOTTOM RIM OF THE HAT. Spray a fine mist over the entire area. Hold bottle 8”-10” from the hat. Allow to dry. Use steam to reshape the hat to the desired style. ( A pot of boiling water can be used for steaming, hold the hat over the boiling water to use steam to push the product into the fibers.) Repeat above procedure if more body is desired.

Warning: If you do not steam this product into the hat it will sit on top of the fibers and leave a residue that will chip and flake. Steaming is a priority. Do not saturate, instead follow the procedure a few times.

Order Cancellations and Changes Policy:
Nordshoe works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. This includes changes to the shipping information or 
items in the order. In the unlikely event that Nordshoe is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive an email notice and your original form of payment will be refunded as soon as possible.

Returns Policy:
Nordshoe return policy allows for products purchased from Nordshoe and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Nordshoe for a refund of: 

 

1.  full purchase price actually paid      If you want to return the item because you do not like it or do not need it anymore: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

2.  full purchase price plus shipping     If you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order.

 

Please notify Customer Service within 30 days. The return instructions may be obtained by contacting Nordshoe Customer Support via the eBay Message Center. Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Nordshoe. Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to Nordshoe (i) without requesting a return instruction and approval from Nordshoe or (ii) beyond the 30 period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Nordshoe retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to three weeks for Nordshoe to credit your account.
