All items are fully inspected prior to despatch to ensure the product is fault free

All items are posted in discrete plain packaging

Returns

We offer a full returns policy on all items except stockings, briefs & bra & brief sets 

Items should be posted within 48 in the same condition they were despatched with the original manufacturers packaging intact so they can be relisted

Where products are returned in accordance with the above policy a full refund will be issued less postage costs

Our returns policy has been approved by Ebay & fully complies with Ebay policy & your legal rights as set out in the Sale of Goods Act

Lost Items / Failed Deliveries

We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for all despatches

Any lost/failed deliveries are reported to the Royal Mail for investigation
