My Pet Monster plush. He does not have the handcuffs. He has a battery box but I can only get him to talk sparatically, may be an easy fix.


He is super clean. He was just put up in my son's closet and not played with because he was scared of him! Now my son is a teen and just uses him in YouTube videos because he thinks he is cute.
