We aim to dispatch your order the same working day if it is received before 1:30pm on Monday-Friday. Once you have received confirmation your order has been dispatched you can expect it to arrive within 1-4 working days for UK orders. Deliveries outside of the UK can take considerably longer, and at high volume periods such as Christmas delivery can be slower.
Should your order not arrive within the estimated time and you have received confirmation the order has been dispatched we suggest doing the following.
- Check with your neighbors and any other residents within your property
- Check in any possible safe places that a driver may have left your parcel in
- Check with your local delivery office
- Wait a few additional days

We accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unwanted items. This means you can return the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt with the return postage being paid for by the buyer. To arrange this please contact us through eBay and we will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back at our warehouse.
